• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and boxes intact.    
   
• Items that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.    
   
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us within this timeframe.    
   
• Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return    
 

• Submit Request: Email your return request with your order ID and reason for return to silexciatechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com.    
   
• Support with Photos: If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please attach clear photos to help us process your return quickly.    
   
• Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will send you details on how to complete the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify compliance with our return conditions. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.  

Partial Refunds  

If an item partially complies with return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos when emailing us so we can address the issue promptly.
