Grievance Redressal Policy

A grievance is any dissatisfaction related to a product or service—such as quality issues, delayed or incorrect deliveries, payment problems, returns or refunds, or policy-related concerns.  

 

To raise a grievance:  

Please visit the “Contact Us” section on our site, select the relevant topic, and provide your order ID, description, and any supporting documents or images.  

 

Our team will review and respond accordingly.  

 

If your issue remains unresolved, you can escalate it to our designated Grievance Officer, appointed under Indian law. The Grievance Officer ensures fairness and timely handling of unresolved cases and can be reached at silexciatechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com.  

 

Handling Process:   
 

  • We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours.    
     
  • A unique grievance ID will be assigned for your reference.   
     
  • We aim to resolve issues within 7 working days, or as required by applicable law—typically within one month.

A grievance is considered resolved when:   
 

  • You receive a satisfactory response from our team or the Grievance Officer.   
     
  • You do not reply within a reasonable time after a resolution is offered.   
     
  • A final resolution is communicated in line with our policies and the law.
