We understand that washing machine decisions can evolve, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy to guide you through the process: 

Cancelling Before Dispatch 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been sent, whichever comes first. To request cancellation, please email us. 

If the order is eligible for cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Dispatched 

Once an order has been sent, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return when the item is delivered under our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modifications 

We do not offer changes to items or delivery details once an order is placed. If modifications are needed (and the order falls within the cancellation window), you’ll need to cancel and place a new order.
